Conservative influencer files paternity suit against Elon Musk

Since President Donald Trump took office last month, Elon Musk has been using the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to uncover mismanagement.

Yet while Musk is focused on battling fraud and waste, the billionaire faces a different type of fight after a woman charged that he fathered her baby.

Court filing seeks to establish Musk's paternity

According to Breitbart, that allegation was put forward this past week in court document filed by conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair.

St. Clair is seeking to gain full custody of her 5-month-old son as well as have Musk legally recognized as the baby's father. To that end, she wants Musk to undergo a paternity test.

The filing maintains that St. Clair and Musk conceived the child while on vacation in January of last year, something the DOGE head has yet to publicly acknowledge.

It further asserts that Musk was not present when St. Clair gave birth and has only visited with the child on three occasions since.

Two of those visits are said to have occurred in Manhattan while the third reportedly took place in Musk's home state of Texas.

Filing contains photo of Musk holding a newborn

St. Clair opted to give the baby her surname and did not list Musk on his birth certificate, something she says was motivated by the "credible death threats" which Musk routinely receives.

Nevertheless, St. Clair presented a photo of Musk holding a newborn baby along with a series of text messages he purportedly sent.

She also submitted a text which contained an image of herself in a hospital bed with the baby, to which Musk allegedly responded by expressing a desire to see her again.

However, St. Clair has become the subject of criticism from other online personalities, including Laura Loomer and Isabella Moody.

Screenshots appear to show St. Clair wanting to have a baby with Musk

"I agree with [Laura Loomer]," Moody wrote in a social media post on Saturday. "I wasn’t going to post these, but now that [Ashely St. Clair] has leaked her private signal messages with [Elon musk] after lying and saying she 'wanted privacy', here’s more evidence Ashely planned to baby trap Elon."

Moody's post featured a pair of screenshots which appear to show St. Clair desiring to have a child with Musk in May of 2023.
