June's massive job addition is great news for Americans

The American Economy grew by leaps and bounds in the month of June, adding 147,000 jobs, which was far and away more than what was expected.

The job report was reflective of a healthy economy, in and of itself, but it also appears that the addition of so many jobs means that interest rates might not get cut.

A positive jobs report means that business owners are likely ignoring concerns about any kind of economic downturn, or any fearmongering that deportations will affect them negatively.

From an econ expert

Breitbart News economics editor John Carney says that due to the changes, wage gains are now outpacing inflation.

“Look, it was one of these perverse things that was going on in the Biden administration where you’d get these really good jobs numbers and people would celebrate them and be like, oh, look, we created 200,000 jobs, 150,000 jobs,” Carney said. “And then you would look into it, and most of the job gains were going to foreigners.”

He continued, “Donald Trump has turned that around. We now all of the net job gains this year have gone to Americans.”

What this means

The editor continued, pointing out what this means for the average American, trying to rebound from a severely downturned economy.

“When you are adding up, all the people gained and all the people who lost the net increase in jobs is going to Americans. Whereas, during the Biden administration, you had fewer Americans being employed every month and more foreigners being employed."

According to the economics expert, “The net gain was all going to foreign workers, to migrants of some sort or another. Now it’s going to Americans.”

This means that the increase in jobs and the increase in wages are “going to native born Americans,” according to Carney. This is said to be important because it’s how the country is fundamentally supposed to work.

From DOL

The Department of Labor’s favorable report will no doubt make for some good press for President Donald Trump, and his recently implemented policies.

Trump said from the start of his campaign that he knows how to make businesses grow, and he planned to make the United States economy into a place where that was more apt to happen.

“For the FOURTH month in a row, jobs numbers have beat market expectations with nearly 150,000 good jobs created in June. American-born workers have accounted for ALL of the job gains since President Trump took office and wages continue to rise,” Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a post to X.

“The economy is BOOMING again and it will only get better when the One, Big Beautiful Bill is passed and implemented!”
