This past week saw conservative activist Charlie Kirk brutally murdered as he spoke at a public event on Utah Valley University's campus.

One Trump administration official says that he heard Kirk's final wish, and the president has vowed to act on it.

Stephen Miller says Kirk wanted to "take on" radical groups

That's according to the Washington Examiner, which cited remarks which senior White House adviser Stephen Miller recently made to Fox News.

"The last message that Charlie Kirk gave to me before he joined his creator in heaven was he said that we have to dismantle and take on the radical left organizations in this country that are fomenting violence," Miller was quoted as saying. "That was the last message that he sent me … we are gonna do that."

The Examiner noted how President Donald Trump echoed that pledge when he addressed the nation following Kirk's assassination.

"Charlie was a patriot to my great fellow Americans. I am filled with grief and anger at the heinous assassination of Charlie Kirk on a college campus in Utah," Trump declared.

Trump vows to go after those "who contributed to this atrocity"

"Charlie inspired millions, and tonight, all who knew him and loved him are united in shock and horror," he said, adding that Kirk is a "martyr for truth and freedom."

"My administration will find each and every one of those who contributed to this atrocity and to other political violence, including the organizations that fund it and support it, as well as those who go after our judges, law enforcement officials, and everyone else who brings order to our country," the president insisted.

Trump went on to reference his own assassination attempts along with the 2017 shooting of House Majority Leader Steve Scalise as well as the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

Meanwhile, Fox News also reported on Thursday that the president revealed his intention to posthumously award Kirk the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

Secretary of War cracks down on those who celebrated Kirk's death

What's more, the Examiner observed how Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has vowed to go after military members and civilian Department of War (DoW) employees who celebrated Kirk's death.

Breitbart reported that they include U.S. Navy Petty Officer Anthony Hyland posted a video to his TikTok account shortly after the murder.

"F--k Charlie Kirk… we are not going to be made to feel bad about y’all bulls--t hero that consistently spewed harmful rhetoric," Hyland yelled into his camera.
