Trump blasts Omar, Walz in Thanksgiving Day message

President Donald Trump had some harsh words for Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) and U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) on Thursday.

This came, according to the Daily Mail, in the president's Thanksgiving Message.

Take a look:

Classic Trump

On Thanksgiving, President Trump decided to release one of his classic holiday messages, sardonically blasting liberals for the damage that their polices have done to parts of our country.

The president began:

A very Happy Thanksgiving salutation to all of our Great American Citizens and Patriots who have been so nice in allowing our Country to be divided, disrupted, carved up, murdered, beaten, mugged, and laughed at, along with certain other foolish countries throughout the World, for being “Politically Correct,” and just plain STUPID, when it comes to Immigration.

Trump went on to explain the situation, arguing that "this refugee burden is the leading cause of social dysfunction in America, something that did not exist after World War II . . ."

Then, Trump took aim at Omar's and Walz's Minnesota.

The president wrote:

As an example, hundreds of thousands of refugees from Somalia are completely taking over the once great State of Minnesota . . . The seriously retarded Governor of Minnesota, Tim Walz, does nothing, either through fear, incompetence, or both, while the worst “Congressman/woman” in our Country, Ilhan Omar, always wrapped in her swaddling hijab, and who probably came into the U.S.A. illegally in that you are not allowed to marry your brother, does nothing but hatefully complain about our Country, its Constitution, and how “badly” she is treated, when her place of origin is a decadent, backward, and crime ridden nation, which is essentially not even a country for lack of Government, Military, Police, schools, etc…

Yikes!

At the time of this writing, it does not appear that Omar has responded to Trump's message. Walz, however, has.

The governor wrote, "Release the MRI results."

The Washington Examiner explains, "Walz’s post was a reference to Trump’s recent annual physical exam."

The outlet adds:

In October, Trump “received preventative health screenings and immunizations, including annual influenza and updated COVID-19 boost vaccinations,” according to his physician, Capt. Sean Barbabella. Among these screenings was a magnetic resonance imaging exam. Trump told reporters earlier this month that “getting an MRI is very standard.”

It is worth highlighting the fact that Walz did not respond to the substance of Trump's criticism.
