22 Democrats Join GOP In Anti-Squad Move

Twenty-two Democrats did something that Democrats are not really known for doing.

They put aside their bias.

They did what was right.

They crossed the aisle.

It is CLEAR who the bad guys are in the fight between Israel and Hamas. One of these is one of America's greatest allies, and the other is a terrorists organization supported by people who hate the United States and the freedoms we represent.

I'm sorry, but anyone who can't tell the difference between Israel and Hamas is NOT fit to be a good leader of the American people.

Yes, we're talking about you, Representative Rashida Tlaib, a Democrat from Michigan.

She actually had the audacity to make public statements criticizing Israel after they had hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of people murdered at the hands of crazed terrorists.

You would have to be a complete moron, a terrible liar, or a liberal to think that Hamas deserves our support as much as Israel does.

Unfortunately for America, Rashida Tlaib is proving recently that she is very much all three of those things.

We knew that.

Representative Rich McCormick, a Republican from Georgia, was the man who introduced the resolution to censure Rashida Tlaib after she was accused of "promoting false narratives regarding the October 7, 2023, Hamas attack on Israel and for calling for the destruction of the state of Israel."

Representative Brad Schneider, a Democrat from Illinois, was one of those who crossed the aisle.

"We are at an exceedingly perilous moment, when emotions and intentions are on a razor’s edge. I believe that Members of Congress should be free to express their opinions, no matter how distasteful they may be. I also believe they have a duty to express the values and priorities of their districts."

"I recognize this censure resolution is not a perfect resolution in its language or form, but unfortunately it is the only vehicle available to formally rebuke the dangerous disinformation and aspersions that Rep. Tlaib continues to use and defend. I feel that I have no other recourse but to vote to censure her," Schneider concluded.

Twenty-one other Democrats joined Schneider. You can read about them here.
