An ABC TV station was hit by gunfire on Friday afternoon, just one day after protestors gathered to protest the cancellation of leftist talking head Jimmy Kimmel's "comedy show."

Police have confirmed that the station located in Sacramento, California, was struck by at least three bullets in what law enforcement is describing as a drive-by shooting.

Sacramento Police confirmed that no one was hurt despite multiple bullets hitting the street facing windows while workers were in the building.

Officer Anthony Gamble of the Sacramento Police Department issued a statement saying, "We haven't had a lot of attacks on our media partners, and we'd like to keep it that way. To those that may have been responsible for this, and I hope you see this, we're not going to stop looking for you.  This is unacceptable behavior. It's not going to be tolerated in Sacramento."

While it hasn't been confirmed that the shooting was related to Jimmy Kimmel getting the boot for disgusting lies about the assassination of Charlie Kirk, there's a possibility that there is a connection.

Random Violence Or Political Statement?

For now, the shooting appears to have been random violence that has become endemic to American cities. However, the timing of the shooting raises questions about if this was a political statement.

Prior to the shooting, a pitifully small crowd of about 15 people gathered in front of the station to protest Kimmel's cancellation due to false statements about Charlie Kirk that Kimmel attempted to pass off as jokes.

After his suspension by ABC was publicized, leftists around the nation went into a seething rage and ironically began to whine about freedom of speech.

These are the same people who were actively getting people fired and "cancelled" under half a decade ago for refusing to take an experimental vaccine or questioning the official narrative pushed by untrustworthy government officials.

For conservatives, watching leftists begin to whine about freedom of speech being under attack after over a decade of Democrats propagating cancel culture is a delicious twist of fate.

During a monologue on Monday night, Kimmel claimed, "'MAGA gang desperately [is] trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and with everything they can to score political points from it."

Kimmel is one of hundreds of leftists who have been lying about the man who shot Kirk, insinuating that he was a mentally ill right-winger when in reality he was a raging leftist who took Kirk out because of the violent and defamatory statements leftists made about Kirk.

Bye-Bye Kimmel

Kimmel himself has pushed leftist narratives on his "comedy show" for years and has contributed to the raising of the political temperature that led to President Trump getting shot at twice and Kirk being fatally shot.

Many Americans are happy to see Kimmel face the music for both not being funny while being a political hack. Kimmel is happy downplaying political violence which further raises questions about the possibility that Friday's drive-by was a political attack.

Either way, Americans are free of Kimmel's unearned influence and other leftist figures ought to think twice before lying or mocking the political assassination of a prominent and beloved figure.
