AG Bondi opening inquiry into Biden's use of autopen for executive orders and pardons
Former President Joe Biden's excessive pardons and use of the "autopen" hasn't been forgotten, and House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer is making sure of it.
According to JustTheNews, Comer presented U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi with fresh evidence this week of the decline of Biden's cognitive faculties as his term came to a close, claiming that many of the autopen maneuvers, including those used for pardons, are invalid.
According to Bondi and the Department of Justice, an inquiry has already been opened, spelling potential bad news for Biden and the long list of people he let out of jail free.
Comer reportedly urged Bondi to look at all of Biden's pardons and his autopen-signed executive orders from his time in the White House.
What's going on?
AG Bondi confirmed this week that her office has opened the inquiry and will look deeper into the EOs and pardons issued by Biden's autopen, especially in his final months in office.
"My team has already initiated a review of the Biden administration’s reported use of autopen for pardons. @RepJamesComer’s new information is extremely helpful, and his leadership on this issue is invaluable. We’ll continue working with @GOPoversight to deliver accountability for the American people," Bondi wrote on X.

JustTheNews noted:
Comer urged Bondi to invalidate all of Biden’s pardons and executive orders signed by autopen at the end of his presidency, saying there was ample evidence the former president did not follow the law and was unaware of actions being taken in his name by staff.
For his part, Chairman Comer said he handed over the evidence to Bondi on a "silver platter" for further review.
“We've handed this to Pam Bondi on a silver platter. We've done all the heavy lifting,” Comer told the "Just the News, No Noise" television show. “We've done the depositions. We've combed through the emails. I mean, this is the hard, tedious work of an investigation."
Social media reaction
Users across social media had plenty to say about Comer's evidence and the inquiry opened by Bondi.
"Thank you both! It is necessary to undo everything that was done illegally," one X user wrote.
Another X user wrote, "First pardon to revoke IMO is the one for Dr Fauci. Then bring him back to the hot seat for questioning."
Only time will tell how far the investigation goes.
