Barron Trump, former President Donald Trump's youngest son at 17, was enrolled in an exclusive school upon settling in when the family moved to Palm Beach, Florida. 

The school, Oxbridge Academy in Palm Beach, is one of the best in the country and costs roughly $35,000 per year in tuition to attend.

According to a People report at the time, "Oxbridge Academy, located in Palm Beach County, was founded in 2011 by billionaire William Koch, brother to Republican mega-donors Charles and David Koch and a previous fundraiser of Trump's campaigns."

Barron Trump, the son of Melania Trump, has kept somewhat of a low profile at his mother's behest, given the nastiness of the media and critics of his father.

The school

Given his status as a former first son, upon his enrollment at the school in 2021, it was announced that Secret Service agents would be accompanying him while he attends.

School leaders welcomed the former president's son, and indicated that even though the Secret Service contingent would be a new sight, it was fine with them.

"We look forward to welcoming him into our school and community," the school's Director of Advancement Scott Siegfried said at the time.

"They want to have little impact on our day-to-day operations. They've done this for other former presidents' kids. They're fantastic," Siegfried added regarding the Secret Service group that would be with Barron on school grounds.

The decision to enroll Barron in school in Florida came after Melania and Barron spent half of the summer in their Bedminster, New Jersey residence and half at Mar-a-Lago.

Anti-Trump critics aside, Barron Trump is a beloved figure of the Trump family, and has been adored by the former president's followers from when he was young.

The former first son also receives attention for his height, given that at 15, he was already towering over his siblings and his father.

Trump fans overwhelmingly hope that Barron Trump eventually follows in his father's political footsteps or take over the family business. Only time will tell.
