President Donald Trump has a less-than-conventional first family, and one that has been under intense scrutiny.

However, one thing that has stuck out to many was the position of Barron Trump, who was kept out of the public eye by his mother, First Lady Melania Trump.

Barron is said to have recently moved into the White House with his parents after enrolling in New York University’s D.C. campus for his sophomore year as The Daily Mail reported.

This came to the attention of many when 19-year-old Barron Trump was conspicuously absent from the start of the fall semester at NYU’s Stern School of Business in Manhattan, where he attended last year.

The NYU campus in D.C. only accepts 120 students for each semester, and it’s limited to those who are pursuing studies like politics, public policy, history, economics, and journalism

The main campus for the university is of course, in New York City, but there are also facilities in Abu Dhabi and Shanghai

However, the campus in Washington calls itself a “world-class facility” that is “enhanced by access to Washington’s distinctive intellectual, political and cultural life.”

Students who attend there will have access to mentorships and intern positions with nonprofits, government agencies, and corporations in the nation’s capital.

"Not allowed"

Barron Trump previously relocated from Palm Beach, Florida, to live in Trump Tower to start college in the Big Apple.

However, according to word from his fellow students, his conversations and time spent with students were somewhat limited, likely due to his position as the first son.

However, according to at least one peer, Barron Trump does like to play basketball, while he was allegedly 
not “allowed to do stuff.”

Backstory

Barron Trump was just 10 years old the first time his famous father became the President of the United States and entered the White House in 2017.

While the young Barron was mostly kept out of the public eye, he has gained more notoriety as he has gotten older, and taken his place in the famous family.

According to dear old dad, however, Barron doesn’t yet have a girlfriend: “I’m not sure he’s there yet,” Trump said recently. “I don’t think he’s had a girlfriend yet. He doesn’t mind being alone, but he’s somebody that gets along with people.”
