Ben & Jerry's cofounder Ben Cohen arrested for interrupting testimony from RFK Jr.
Far-left ice cream magnate Ben Cohen raised eyebrows last week when he interrupted testimony from Secretary of Health and Human Service Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
However, Kennedy got the last laugh when Cohen found himself getting arrested by the U.S. Capitol Police.
Cohen and other protesters alleged that "RFK kills people with hate"
According to Fox News, the incident played out this past Wednesday as Kennedy was delivering his opening remarks to the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions.
As he spoke, Cohen and a number of demonstrators began to disrupt the proceedings by chanting "RFK kills people with hate!"

Louisiana Republican Sen. Cassidy serves as the committee's chairman, and he remarked, "Members of the audience are reminded disruptions will not be permitted while the committee conducts its business."
"Capitol Police are asked to remove the individuals from the hearing room," the lawmaker continued before later adding, "That was a made-for-C-SPAN moment."
Cohen was previously arrested for blocking entrance to the Department of Justice
Fox News cited a statement from the Capitol Police which explained that Cohen was arrested on charges of obstruction while other demonstrators stand accused of resisting arrest and assaulting a law enforcement officer.
The network noted that this was not Cohen's first time being taken into custody, as he was previously arrested in 2023 for blocking the entrance to the Department of Justice (DOJ).
Cohen was protesting the treatment of Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, saying, "It's outrageous. Julian Assange is nonviolent. He is presumed innocent."
"And yet somehow or other, he has been imprisoned in solitary confinement for four years. That is torture," Cohen added.
Conservative pundit points to political realignment
Cohen's recent antics came to the attention of conservative commentators Stu Burguiere and Glenn Beck during an episode of "The Glenn Beck Program."
"He’s protesting at RFK Jr., who would be completely aligned with him, I think, on that issue," Burguiere said of Cohen. "I could be wrong on this, but maybe Ben might even be one of those old school socialist types that would maybe even agree with us on some of the censorship stuff."
Burguiere later commented that conservatives are "embracing things on the left," something he said is "not necessarily bad if we were wrong the whole time."
