Biden administration ordered to release information on its funding of Palestinian groups
The Biden administration suffered a legal setback this week after a federal judge ordered it to release documents relating to its funding of Palestinian organizations.
According to Breitbart, that decision came on Tuesday from U.S. District Court Judge Matthew J. Kacsmaryk is response to a lawsuit filed by America First Legal and Texas Republican Rep. Ronny Jackson.
Hundreds of millions sent to Palestinian groups
At issue is the Taylor Force Act, a piece of legislation which was named after an American who died in a terror attack signed into law in 2018 by then-President Donald Trump.
The 2018 law bans U.S. tax dollars from being sent to the Palestinian Authority so long as it provides stipends to the families of terrorists who have been killed or sent to Israeli prisons.
In response, Trump moved to end direct aid to the Palestinian Authority as well as stop indirect funding through the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA).
However, President Joe Biden reversed that policy and began sending hundreds of millions of dollars to Palestinian groups, including those that support terror.
Joe Biden is about to pour almost $100 million into Palestinian areas, while the Palestinians continue to pay for terrorists who murder Israelis & Americans.
He kept it from the American public.
It's deeply troubling, to say the least. https://t.co/ejBh50vsjn

State Department documents suggest money has gone to terror group
Breitbart noted that Jackson and America First are seeking information concerning $1 billion worth of Economic Support Funds sent to Palestinian groups along with another $700 million given to the UNRWA.
America First Legal put up a statement on the social media platform formally known as Twitter which celebrated Kacsmaryk's ruling.

The decision comes roughly two months after The Washington Free Beacon reported that it had obtained State Department documents which admitted that U.S. aid may help the terror group Hamas.
Over 1300 dead and hundreds of hostages taken
Hamas was in the news this week after it went on a blood-soaked rampage in southern Israel that left over 1300 people dead.
Others were taken hostage and transported back to Gaza, a fact that Israel's government has publicized via its social media accounts.
This beautiful woman is named Noa.
She was taken hostage by Hamas during a music festival.
Today is her 26th birthday.
Her parents ask that we all wish her a happy birthday with the hope that maybe somehow these messages will reach her.
