President Joe Biden's border policies are reportedly filled with fraud and funding misuse, according to a new report.

More than $100 million of taxpayer money is being given to nonprofit organizations to assist people who have illegally crossed the border and are released into the nation.

The misuse

"A Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Inspector General (IG) report, though, accuses the agency of misspending the money and not requiring NGOs to verify to whom the money is going," Breitbart News reported.

“We reviewed $12.9 million from 18 [NGOs] and found they did not always use the funds consistent with the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 Humanitarian Relief Funding and Application Guidance,” the federal report states, according to the report.

The DHS concern

"We questioned $7.4 million, or 58 percent, of the $12.9 million we reviewed because, after several attempts, we were unable to obtain the required supporting documentation," the DHS reported.

"Without additional oversight and enforcement from FEMA and the National Board, [NGOs] may continue to use the funds for services without providing the required supporting documentation for reimbursement, increasing the risk of misuse of funds and fraud," it added.

Ted Cruz told Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, “If you had integrity, you would resign,” Cruz said.

“You're willing to let children be raped. This is a crisis. It's a disgrace!” he added.

Out of control

The border crisis under the Biden administration has already allowed more than 4 million illegal crossings.

The crisis has worsened as the administration has also helped transport migrants across the nation, making the border crisis an issue for nearly every state.

The latest report shows that taxpayer dollars are also being used in unaccountable ways to fund the transport and assistance of illegal immigrants, a problem that should trouble all Americans, regardless of political background.
