President Joe Biden is facing renewed criticism after three American service members were killed this past weekend.

According to the Washington Examiner, the soldiers were at a base in Jordan near the Syrian border when it came under attack.

Attack left another 34 American military personnel wounded

The assault was carried out by an unmanned drone which is believed to have been launched by an Iranian-backed group operating in either Syria or Iraq.

In addition to the three individuals who died, another 34 were wounded. That incident came roughly a week after two Navy SEALS who fell into the Red Sea during a raid were declared dead.

The Examiner noted that Biden released a statement on Sunday in which he declared that "America's heart is heavy."

"The three American service members we lost were patriots in the highest sense. And their ultimate sacrifice will never be forgotten by our nation," he said.

President pledges to "hold all those responsible to account"

"Together, we will keep the sacred obligation we bear to their families. We will strive to be worthy of their honor and valor," the president continued.

"We will carry on their commitment to fight terrorism. And have no doubt — we will hold all those responsible to account at a time and in a manner our choosing," Biden went on to add.

However, the president was slammed by Fox News host and former New York state Judge Jeanine Pirro, who claimed that the attack was brought on by the Biden administration's weakness.

Pirro says White House is "clueless and feckless on the world stage"

Pirro pointed to previous missile strikes on Americans stationed in Iraq, some of whom were left with traumatic brain injuries.

"We are clueless and feckless on the world stage," Pirro complained. "We've given Iran a pass because we don't want to get involved in World War III."

"And I think it was Mike Pompeo who said this morning, 'We may not be at war with Iran, but they're at war with us,'" she stressed.

"They attack us with impunity, we now have soldiers who are dead," Pirro pointed out. "We've got American hostages who are being held by Hamas, we don't even know if they're dead or alive at this point."
