President Joe Biden has told America that his decision is final, and there's not much we can do about it.

He's taking $16 BILLION in federal dollars.

He's using them to improve Amtrak in the American northeast.

Biden announced the move in Delaware on November 6, claiming that the train system "desperately" needed improvement and repairs.

Joe said that the improvements will start in New York, Boston, and Washington, DC.

"I know how much it matters," Joe Biden said.

"How can you be a leading country in the world and have a second-rate infrastructure?" Biden asked. "It’s not possible."

He then said that the reason the Amtrak conditions were not up to snuff was because Republicans are bad.

"This is the USA, for God’s sake. We’re better than that, and now we’re proving it," he said.

Joe does what he wants.

Since Joe Biden has trouble speaking and communicating clearly these days, he needed somebody to explain what he had said a little further.

A White House officially explained that the funds would go toward upgrading the "aging infrastructure on the nation’s most heavily traveled rail corridor to increase train speeds, reduce passenger delays, and create good-paying union jobs."

"The largest slice of funding will go to the underwater train tunnels connecting New York and New Jersey. The Gateway Hudson River Tunnel – which the Amtrak CEO has said would cause a ‘meltdown’ if it failed – is more than a century old and is corroding after flooding during Superstorm Sandy more than a decade ago," CNN added.

Pete Buttigieg, who is famous for taking more paternity leave with his husband than he gives to the mothers of the state, backed Joe Biden's decision.

"Americans need and deserve world-class rail, which is the president’s vision," Buttigieg said. "But for decades now, we have underinvested as a country in passenger rail in the United States.

Biden's announcement came after declaring that Norfolk Southern would be held responsible for the tragic train accident in East Palestine, Ohio. That accident happened seven months ago.

"My Administration has mobilized a robust, multi-agency effort to support the people of East Palestine, Ohio, and surrounding communities."

" A free people [claim] their rights, as derived from the laws of nature."
