The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released over 150,000 migrants without an order to appear in court during the summer of 2021, a new video reveals.

The footage was released as part of a Florida lawsuit recently released regarding the Biden administration's catch-and-release efforts.

The story

"As part of a lawsuit against Biden’s expansive Catch and Release network, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody obtained internal DHS footage revealing the extent to which the agency released hundreds of thousands of border crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. interior without court dates," Breitbart News reported.

"In particular, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) official can be heard telling agents that more than 150,000 border crossers and illegal aliens were released into the U.S. interior without NTAs in the summer of 2021. Biden’s DHS started the practice in March 2021," it added.

The latest

The new footage comes as the Supreme Court has ruled to temporarily keep Title 42 in place, a policy that allows Border Patrol to turn away migrants at the border to stop the spread of COVID-19.

"Pleased to see SCOTUS rule to keep #Title42 in place, which is the only thing preventing the dire situation at the border from getting even worse," Moody tweeted.

"However, we would not be so dependent on Title 42 if @JoeBiden would do his job, enforce the law, and take control of the border," she added.

Moody has also taken to television recently to attack the Biden administration's efforts to "dismantle" immigration enforcement in the U.S.

"He has intentionally weakened our border security ahead of the crushing pandemonium that will ensue once Title 42 ends," she said during a recent Fox News interview.

The new video adds to the large body of evidence revealing the Biden administration's efforts to weaken border protection.

The end result is weakening national security, making life more dangerous for all Americans.
