Cannon dismissing Trump trial might impact Hunter Biden conviction

Liberals in America, especially those who control our federal government, don't do things that are in the best interest of America. Instead, they do things that are in the best interest of THEM, not voters.

We're seeing it happen yet again in the situation of Hunter Biden and his multiple felony convictions on gun charges.

Donald Trump's classified documents case was recently dismissed by Trump-appointed Judge Aileen Cannon. Instead of slowing down to look at the facts of the case, liberals are already scheming as to how they can make this decision work out to the benefit of Hunter Biden.

Two completely different cases

We hoped that everyone in America would slow down to consider the unique facts of Donald Trump's case after it was dismissed by Judge Cannon, but liberals wasted exactly zero time doing that. Instead, they already started jumping to conclusions about how Hunter Biden's case must be dismissed if Donald Trump's was.

According to Newsweek, "Cannon dismissed former President Donald Trump's classified documents case on the grounds that Special Counsel Jack Smith was not properly appointed. The ruling comes days after Trump was injured during an assassination attempt at a rally in Pennsylvania."

You would have thought that liberals should have been just as respectful of this judge's decision as they were of Juan Merchan and Arthur Engoron, who ruled against Donald Trump in New York.

As Donald Trump celebrated on social media, calling the dismissal the "first step" in defeating the "witch hunts" against him, liberals were already arguing how Cannon's ruling could eventually help Hunter Biden. America's President's son isn't facing over 40 counts like Donald Trump was, but being convicted on three counts is nothing to sneeze at.

Liberals trying to get Hunter out of a jam.

MSNBC executive produce Kyle Griffin offered an early look into how liberals were immediately going to try to get Hunter Biden off the hook:

"If Judge Cannon's ruling holds, the Hunter Biden conviction would have to be thrown out," Kyle Griffin posted on social media.

NewsNation host Dan Abrams posted something similar on social media:

"Using Judge Cannon's reasoning in dismissing documents/obstruction case means Hunter Biden case should be dismissed as well.. he too was prosecuted by Special Counsel..."

Jack Smith's team is already fighting back through spokesman Peter Carr:

"The dismissal of the case deviates from the uniform conclusion of all previous courts to have considered the issue that the Attorney General is statutorily authorized to appoint a Special Counsel. The Justice Department has authorized the Special Counsel to appeal the court's order," Carr said.

What do you think of this story?

Should both Hunter Biden and Donald Trump be facing the same fate, or are they two completely different cases?
