President Joe Biden's unmitigated illegal immigration crisis at the southern U.S. border has proven time and time again to pose a deadly threat to U.S. citizens in cities around the country. 

A shocking number of the illegal migrants who jump the border on Biden's watch are not upstanding citizens in their own home countries, let alone this one.

The latest evidence of that is an illegal migrant called Carlos Mavarez Viloria who, according to CWBChicago, has been arrested for the 10th time in 10 months.

The outlet noted that Viloria is a "resident of the Standard Club migrant shelter in downtown Chicago," which has had its fair share of issues with the overcrowded nature of such migrant centers, especially in Chicago.

What happened?

It took an astonishing 10 arrests for a judge to finally remand the illegal, criminal migrant to the Cook County Jail. He had been released immediately after his previous nine arrests, which is a slap in the face to the justice system and the residents of Chicago.

His crime of choice, according to police records, appears to be shoplifting.

CWBChicago noted:

His first arrest came on July 12, when he was accused of stealing 10 Major League Baseball hats, watches, a backpack, and food, worth a total of $193, from Walmart in Evergreen Park.

A judge issued a warrant for his arrest when he failed to appear in court the next month. But he wasn’t on the lam for long. The following day, Chicago police arrested him after security at Macy’s, 111 South State, claimed he attempted to shoplift $158 worth of t-shirts.

Viloria was also arrested on drug-related charges, having once been caught with a crack pipe, and another instance being caught with narcotics along with shoplifting charges.

Not surprisingly, the weak, soft-on-crime Chicago prosecutors dropped charges and let him off the hook each time. In a sense, it's no wonder he kept committing crimes, as he never had to face real consequences after committing them.

Viloria has been tazed by Chicago police after running from them, and has also threatened to shoot a convenience store clerk.

Any American citizen who committed half of the crimes he has would have absolutely been prosecuted and in jail, but it seems that illegal migrants enjoy multiple "get-out-of-jail-free" cards from Democrat prosecutors.

It's no wonder Chicago residents, especially the city's Black population, are so fed up with local government. There's a massive disparity in how illegals are treated versus local residents.

For every one Viloria, one can assume there are dozens, or hundreds more.
