Supporters of Charlie Kirk are set to converge on Glendale, Arizona this coming Sunday to pay their respects at a memorial service for the slain conservative activist.

The event will take place just days after a bombshell revelation that the Biden administration targeted Kirk's organization. 

Undertaking was known as "Arctic Frost"

According to Breitbart, that information was made public by Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley on Tuesday as FBI Director Kash Patel appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Grassley produced documents that the undertaking was known as "Arctic Frost" and initially began as an investigation of those who allegedly attempted to overturn the 2020 election.

It subsequently expanded to include the Republican National Committee (RNC) along with a range of conservative organizations, including Kirk's Turning Point USA.

Ninety-two Republican groups and individuals were targeted

"Arctic Frost was the FBI case opened and approved by anti-Trump FBI agent [Timothy] Thibault. Arctic Frost then became Jack Smith’s elector case against citizen Trump, and now President Trump," Grassley explained.

"These new records show that Arctic Frost was much broader than just an electoral matter. The case was expanded to Republican organizations," he continued.

"Some examples of the group[s] that [Christopher] Wray’s FBI sought to place under political investigation included the Republican National Committee, Republican Attorney General’s Association [sic], and various Trump political groups," Grassley stated.

"In total, 92 Republican targets, including Republican groups and Republican-linked individuals, were placed under [the] investigative scope of Arctic Frost. On that political list was one of Charlie Kirk’s groups, Turning Point USA," the Iowa senator went on.

"In other words, Arctic Frost wasn’t just a case to politically investigate Trump. It was the vehicle by which partisan FBI agents and Department of Justice prosecutors could achieve their partisan ends and improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus," Grassley concluded.

Trump slams "deranged" former Special Counsel Jack Smith

Meanwhile, Breitbart reported that President Donald Trump reacted to Grassley's announcement via a post made to Truth Social.

"Why was the wonderful Turning Point under INVESTIGATION by 'Deranged' Jack Smith and the Corrupt [and] Incompetent Biden Administration," Trump demanded.

"They tried to force Charlie, and many other people and movements, out of business," the president asserted. "They Weaponized the Justice Department against Sleepy Joe Biden’s Political Opponents, including ME!"
