A former CIA official who signed the notorious letter claiming Hunter Biden's laptop was "Russian disinformation" has admitted the bogus document was manufactured at the behest of the Biden campaign.

Michael Morell, who served as a CIA director under Obama, told the House Judiciary Committee that the letter was "triggered" by outreach from Antony Blinken, a Biden campaign adviser who is now serving in the Biden administration as the Secretary of State.

The explosive evidence confirms that the Biden campaign effectively interfered with the 2020 presidential election.

Biden conspiracy exposed

While Blinken did not directly ask Morell to write the letter, it appears the message was received loud and clear. Morell said he made a "guess" that Blinken wanted it "out" that Russia was "somehow involved."

It doesn't appear much encouragement was required. Morell bluntly conceded that he was motivated to organize the letter because "I wanted him [Biden] to win the election."

“There were two intents. One intent was to share our concern with the American people that the Russians were playing on this issue; and, two, it was [to] help Vice President Biden,” Morell said.

Morell said that Biden's campaign chairman, Steve Ricchetti, called to thank him personally after a debate in which Biden cited the letter on national TV to dismiss the laptop as Russian propaganda.

Election interference

51 former intelligence officials including former CIA boss John Brennan, a vocal anti-Trump partisan, signed the Hunter Biden letter, cashing in on their perceived expertise to put their thumbs on the scale in Biden's favor.

The former spies didn't have a single shred of evidence to back up their claims, but their bogus letter was widely cited by Biden's campaign and Biden-friendly media to justify suppressing truthful, damaging information about candidate Biden.

The White House issued a breathless statement deflecting from the substance of Morell's damning statements, saying Republicans are "weaponizing their power to go after their political opponents and re-litigate the 2020 election with misleading claims."

The committee's Democrats also circled the wagons around Biden with a shrill statement accusing Republicans of "cherry-picking."

Last week, a whistleblower from the IRS stepped forward claiming that Biden's Department of Justice is playing "politics" with the tax investigation into Hunter Biden.
