Dem candidate took donations from Chinese businessman tied to Joe and Hunter Biden

August 13, 2023

A Democrat who is running for the governorship of Mississippi has accepted donations from a Chinese national who has ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and to President Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden, Fox News reports.

The candidate is Brandon Presley. He is currently Mississippi's Public Service Commissioner.

Presley is running for Mississippi's governorship as a moderate Democrat - or, at least, he is trying to run as a moderate.

The problem for Presley, however, is that he has taken money from people who are anything but moderate.

The CCP link

Fox, in its report, calls attention to a $10,000 donation that Presley accepted on June 26, 2023. The donation is from Pin Ni, the president of Wanxiang America.

This is problematic for several reasons, which are highlighted by Fox.

The outlet reports that, on July 25, 2014, Ni and Youhong Han, the president of Wanxiang Resources Co., paid a visit to the Obama White House. They did so upon invitation from then-Vice President Joe Biden, who also invited them to visit several U.S. cities.

Fox reports:

The parent company, Wanxiang Group, posthumously awarded the company’s founder, Lu Guanqiu, the title of "National Outstanding Communist Party Member" in a 2021 press release and praised Guanqiu in the release as regarding "the pursuit of communism as a lifelong ideal and practice."

The outlet adds:

It also said he "insisted that the development of an enterprise is inseparable from the correct leadership of the party." The founder's bio on the Wanxiang website says he was elected as the 13th and 14th Representatives of the Communist Part of China, and a delegate to the 9th, 10th, and 11th Chinese National People's Congress.

The Hunter Biden link

In addition to the CPP link, it turns out that Ni is also linked to Hunter Biden.

Fox reports, "Less than a week after the Wanxiang executives met with Hunter’s father at the White House in July 2014, Pin Ni sent Hunter an email about his Fisker car."

Fox continues, "Hunter then informed Pin that he ended up selling the car back to the dealer 'at a big loss,' to which Pin responded that he would make sure your next Fisker will exceed the expectation,' including a smiling emoticon."

The corruption certainly does run deep with the Bidens. And, if all of this is not bad enough for Presley - the supposed moderate Democrat - Fox also reports that he has accepted donations from Democrat gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams as well as New York billionaire and Democrat mega-donor Philip Munger.

It is safe to conclude that Presley is anything but moderate.
