Democrat Congresswoman targets Christian lawmakers
A Democratic member of Congress just targeted some of her Christian peers.
The congresswoman, according to Breitbart News, is U.S. Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX).
Crockett, as of late, has been making lots of news headlines, but for all the wrong reasons. This is yet another example.
Let’s clear something up: SNAP stands for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program — the LARGEST federal program to fight hunger in the country!
It blows my mind that the party that touts its “Christian values” is the same party that is SET on taking food from the hungry.

"Christian values"
This time around, Crockett attacked lawmakers who want to reform the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
She wrote:

Obviously, there is a lot more to the situation than this.
Breitbart reports:
Her assertion coincides with House Republicans unveiling legislation as part of President Donald Trump’s “big, beautiful” bill that would make major reforms to the food stamp program, ultimately restoring it to its “original intent.” This includes tightening eligibility requirements and requiring states to step up and share some of the cost burden.
The bill has already run into some difficultly, as it failed to make it past the committee.
"Low IQ"
Crockett's antics have even managed to get a response from President Donald Trump himself.
During a recent interview, Trump said:
But she’s a lowlife, and she’s a very low-IQ person. I don’t imagine the Democrats are going to have a person like that running their party.
Trump went on to claim that if Democrats are ever silly enough to put Crockett in any kind of leadership position, "They'll never win an election again." He added, "it would be very hard."
Unsurprisingly, Crockett decided to hit back at Trump, telling him that she would like to face off against him on an IQ test. That would certainly be something to see.
Trump, at the time of this writing, has not said anything else about Crockett, which is not that surprising. He usually does not spend much time on the likes of Crockett. The interview was the one exception, and it was the host that had brought Crockett up, not Trump.
