Florida governor Ron DeSantis (R) is going to war with leftist perverts in Florida, threatening to crack down on venues that hosted a pornographic "Christmas Drag Show" that targeted children.
A letter from the governor to Orlando Philharmonic Plaza Foundation, which hosted the drag show Wednesday night, warned that the business would lose its license if children were permitted into the event.
The letter noted that the show, produced by Big Time Operator, LLC, AKA "Drag Fans," has been "marketed to children" despite being "of a sexual nature."
"In short, if you allow children to attend the Drag Fans drag show at your facility, you are putting your license in jeopardy," the letter warned.
An event in Austin, Texas featured men dressed up as reindeer simulating sexual intercourse and a man wearing large, plastic breasts, which he referred to as "t-ts in a box." The shocking content was exposed by independent journalist Tayler Hansen, who noted that the performers interacted with children.
“All Ages” Drag Queen Christmas Mega Thread 🧵
Yesterday, a blatantly sexualized show meant to groom children was hosted in Austin, TX.
This is a national tour with 36 shows in 18 different states, including DC.
There is much to go over so it will be covered in this thread ⤵️ pic.twitter.com/5mmLaJG3TY

The drag show had four advertised stops in Florida, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando, and Clearwater.
At least one of the venues changed the event's description as the show came under scrutiny: the Broward Center for the Performing Arts initially billed the event as "all ages" with an adult content warning, but later listed an age requirement, "unless accompanied by a parent."
As they tend to do, Democrats are defending the perverts, characterizing DeSantis' move as an attempt to intimidate innocent gays, lesbians, and transgenders.
"This is a politically motivated letter sent by the DeSantis administration to basically intimidate and try to cancel drag shows," said Democrat state Rep. Anna Eskamani, who represents Orlando. "This is not the first time, and it won’t be the last time."
A spokesman for DeSantis warned that "exposing children to sexually explicit activity is a crime in Florida."
"The Department is actively investigating this matter, including video footage and photographs from the event. DPBR will, like in other cases, take action," spokesman Bryan Griffin said.
DeSantis has taken a lot of fire from the left for his efforts to crack down on the woke agenda, including an apparent push to normalize pedophilia in the name of LGBT rights.
Already dubbed the future of the GOP by some on the right, DeSantis has given off strong signals of his ambition but has yet to declare a presidential run, with former President Trump being the only candidate in the 2024 race so far.
