Former President Donald Trump is again being brought before a federal judge due to accusations of illegal conduct, but additional information seems to point to a different reason for prosecution.

According to recent information shared by a number of political analysts, it could be the Department of Justice who is at fault in bringing the case against Trump.

As was reported by commentator Stephen Clowder, Chief of Public Affairs for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Southern District of New York Nick Biase, has admitted to a political bias in dealing with Trump.

Biase, who now appears to be attempting to cover his tracks, was caught on video saying that the Trump indictments were politically motivated.

More on the Admonition

Instead of standing by his claims, Biase is now trying to make his explosive confessions seem like he was just trying to "impress" someone he "just met."

Louder and Crowder's MugClub Undercover team released a shocking tape that reveals Biase outlining the plot to declare former President Donald Trump a "convicted felon" and ruin his 2024 campaign.

Biase characterizes the prosecution in the undercover footage as a "perversion of justice," attributing it to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's pursuit of undermining Trump's candidacy for the upcoming 2024 presidential election.

“He was stacking charges and, like, rearranging things just to make it fit a case. No, honestly, I think the case [against Trump in NYC] is nonsense…Every real estate person in New York does what he [Trump] did. Nobody’s ever been charged with this,” Biase stated.

Crucial Confession Context

The main goal of prosecuting Trump, according to Biase, is to make him a convicted felon, which would have a devastating effect on his election prospects.

“The point of prosecuting Trump was to make him a convict…it affects his candidacy if he’s a convicted felon,” he added.

Biase also discusses his 15-year friendship with Bragg. He criticized Bragg for charging Trump: “Alvin is very ambitious…But, like, do I respect what he’s doing? No,” Biase confessed.

More Trouble

Even more concerning is the fact that Biase revealed a larger trend of political lawfare, in which prosecutors who align with Democrats use the legal system for their own political benefit.

He cited Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who is prosecuting Trump in Georgia for election involvement. Biase called Willis' case “a travesty of justice,”  and a joke.

“She is a joke…The whole thing is disgusting. They’re just out to get him [Trump],” he said.
