Elon Musk 'crashes' President Trump's dinner with Jeff Bezos: Report
President-elect Donald Trump made waves when it was announced that he set up a dinner meeting at Mar-a-Lago with Amazon billionaire Jeff Bezos.
According to reports, Bezos and Trump's dinner was "crashed" by none other than one of Trump's newest best friends and biggest supporters, Elon Musk.
Newsweek reported that Musk made an "uninvited" appearance at the dinner, which sparked all kinds of memes and mockery online. Musk and Bezos are widely known as business rivals.
Since the announcement that Bezos would be coming to Mar-a-Lago to meet Trump, further details regarding the reason for the meet-up haven't been released, though Bezos has been cozying up to the incoming president and his administration.
What happened?
The mockery and memes immediately started once word got out that Musk showed up without invitation.
Newsweek noted:
Musk reportedly crashed the meeting at Mar-a-Lago between the President-elect and Amazon CEO on Wednesday. According to The New York Times, the X CEO "was not initially expected to be part of the dinner but joined as it was underway."
Interestingly, Bezos recently announced that Amazon would be donating $1 million to Trump's inauguration committee, which sparked outrage on the left, and especially from those who work for Bezos' newspaper, The Washington Post.

Musk and Bezos, literally two of the world's richest men, have had several public clashes and controversies in the past, but seemed to coelece at the dinner with the incoming president, sparking questions from many as to what the trio could be talking about.
While Musk will serve an important role in Trump's administration as the head of an informal task force aimed at eliminating government waste, many believe both men are getting friendly with Trump due to their shares of the private space market, both of whom will undoubtedly vie for government contracts.
Social media reacts
The dinner party, which included three of the world's most influential people, was praised and criticized alike.
"Agreed. How dare the president spend time with two of the greatest entrepreneurs in history!!!" one X user wrote.
Another X user wrote, "Thank you Mr. President and Elon! Savin' American butts from the Congress critters. Kudos."
Only time will tell what comes of the meeting.
