FBI has another FC-1023 about Biden bribery allegations

House Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan (R-OH) wrote in a letter on Thursday that the FBI has another FD-1023 form about bribery allegations involving Hunter Biden and President Joe Biden that it has not yet turned over to the committee, according to the Daily Caller.

The second FD-1023 is from 2017 and is referenced in the 2020 form House Republicans already have.

“Pursuant to the House’s impeachment inquiry into President Biden, as well as the Committee’s Constitutional oversight authority over the Department of Justice, we write to request that you produce an FBI FD-1023 form (‘FD-1023’) dated March 1, 2017, concerning a confidential human source (CHS) report about payments made to the Biden family from foreign entities,” the letter began.

“The requested FD-1023 is referenced in a second FD-1023 from June 2020 detailing bribery allegations that involve President Biden and his son, Hunter. The Committee requires this document to evaluate whether sufficient grounds exist to consider drafting articles of impeachment,” the letter added.

Trusted source

While FD-1023 forms are not verified and don't necessarily constitute proof of any allegations they contain, they are used as an investigative tool and to obtain testimony and evidence that can be used in criminal or impeachment charges if warranted.

Former U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania Scott Brady testified in October that the 2020 FD-1023 came from a trusted human source who had worked with the FBI before.

Because the 2020 document referenced the 2017 one, Jordan considers it vital for the Judicial Committee to see the 2017 document as part of its investigation.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), who released the 2020 FD-1023 to the public in July, said in October that the FBI received "criminal information" about the Biden family from more than 40 confidential human sources.

Grassley also accused the FBI of trying to cover for the Bidens by accusing their own sources of spreading misinformation about the family. Why would a supposedly objective bureau do that?

$24 million in payouts

Hunter Biden got $1 million a year from Burisma while his father was vice president, but that amount was greatly reduced after Joe Biden's time in office ended (temporarily).

House Republicans have been able to document at least $24 million in payouts to members of the Biden family during a five-year period ending in 2019, they said in a September memo.

Jordan has asked the FBI to comply with its request by January 19.

It is mind-blowing to think that the Bidens and their media accomplices continue to say they've done nothing wrong in the face of this much evidence.

The Bidens will be hard-pressed to come up with a legitimate reason why foreign entities would give them $24 million and get nothing in return.
