Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX), a former White House physician, is speaking out over President Joe Biden's recent physical, claiming the president is unfit to lead the nation.

Jackson shared the concerns in a recent interview with Fox News following the release of Biden's physical exam.

The comments

"The majority of Americans can see that Biden's mental health is in total decline, yet there is no transparency from the White House on what’s going on, if anything, to address this issue and his inability to do his job," Jackson told Fox News.

"Yesterday's written physical exam report released by Biden’s physician, Kevin O'Connor, further confirms that this administration is still adamant about concealing the truth," he added.

The tweet

The former physician for Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump also spoke out on the topic in a controversial tweet.

“It’s TERRIFYING for our country that Biden is our commander-in-chief,” Jackson said in a tweet.

“He doesn’t know where he’s at half the time, and every day he brings us closer to an all-out war with Russia & China. His cognitive decline is going to get people KILLED!!” he added.

Biden recently addressed the concerns of his age as the 2024 presidential campaign approaches.

“It’s legitimate for people to raise issues about my age. It’s totally legitimate to do that. And the only thing I can say is, ‘Watch me,’" he said.

Biden, 80, is already the oldest serving president in the nation's history. If he serves a second term he would be 86 by the time he ends his time in office.

The age is less of a concern than his cognitive ability, according to Jackson, with the health issue a potential problem for the entire world as the U.S. faces issues that could lead to conflict with nations such as Russia, China or Iran.
