Democrats and other critics of President Donald Trump really have nothing to hit him on except the made-up fantasy of theirs that the president suffers from dementia.

According to The Hill, Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker is the latest Democrat to make the false claim that President Trump suffers from the disease, even though that's clearly not the case.

It's especially comical given that Democrats had a leader for the better part of four years -- President Joe Biden -- who appeared to actually suffer from dementia, yet chose to never say a word about it and, worse, intentionally looked the other way.

Gov. Pritzker is mad at President Trump and is acting out as Democrats tend to do. The blue state governor is super upset that Trump is doing something about the raging, out-of-control crime ruining Chicago.

What's going on?

Ignoring the record-setting crime that has even residents of the city furious with the city's and state's leadership, Pritzker suggested that President Trump is deploying National Guard troops to the Windy City because he has dementia.

"This is a man who’s suffering dementia," Pritzker told the Chicago Tribune. "This is a man who has something stuck in his head. He can’t get it out of his head."

The Illinois governor, once again ignoring FBI data and all available crime stats, which are especially unflattering in his state, made it sound as if Trump is deploying federal troops on a whim, with no real purpose.

“He doesn’t read. He doesn’t know anything that’s up to date,” Pritzker continued. “It’s just something in the recesses of his brain that is effectuating to have him call out these cities."

He added, "And then, unfortunately, he has the power of the military, the power of the federal government to do his bidding, and that’s what he’s doing."

Meanwhile, rapes, muggings, murders, carjackings, and other serious crimes are at all-time highs in and around Chicago. The city is even called "Chiraq" -- a play on Iraq -- because of the extreme violence that occurs there daily.

"Incompetent slob"

The White House fired back at Pritzker for making the claims, and White House spokesperson Abigail Jackson held nothing back.

"Pritzker is an incompetent slob who has stood idly by while innocent Americans fall victim to violent crime time and time again." Jackson said.

"Last weekend alone, 30 people were shot and five of them died. But Pritzker would rather attack the President than actually work towards solutions for Chicago’s out-of-control crime. Pritzker has blood on his hands."

Something tells us that Trump and his administration will win this one.
