The House Oversight Committee just revealed that Hallie Biden is among those members of the Biden family who have received payments from a Chinese venture. 

The revelation comes from a memo that the committee, chaired by U.S. Rep. James Comer (R-KY), shared on Thursday.

The "re" line of the memo reads, 'New Evidence Resulting from the Oversight Committee’s Investigation into the Biden Family’s Influence Peddling and Business Schemes."

The "new evidence" follows a subpoena that the committee recently issued. The subpoena sought out financial records related to Mr. John Robinson Walker.

The committee, in the memo, describes Walker as the owner of Robinson Walker, LLC, and as a "Biden family associate."

The memo states:

Prior to issuing the subpoena, the Committee received information that Mr. Walker used his company to transfer money to Biden family members. The bank records proved that information correct.

In fact, the bank records show, according to Comer, that, "over the course of several years, members of the Biden family and their companies received over $1.3 million in payments from accounts related to their associate, Rob Walker."

This, though is only half of the problem. The other half is that Walker, according to Comer, received most of the money that he sent to the Bidens from a Chinese energy company.

"Most of this money came as a result of a wire from a Chinese energy company," Comer said. He later added, "it is unclear what services were provided to obtain this exorbitant amount of money."

According to the committee, among those Biden family members to receive money from Walker - and thus from a Chinese energy company - are Hunter Biden, James Biden, Hallie Biden, and a yet-unidentified Biden.

Hallie Biden is the widow of President Biden's deceased son, Beau Biden. Following the death of Beau Biden, Hallie Biden and Hunter Biden had an affair, which made national headlines.

The committee has revealed that Hallie Biden received $35,000 over two separate transfers from Walker.

The White House responded to the recent revelation on Thursday, saying:

After a disgusting attack lamenting that the President’s deceased son Beau was never prosecuted while he was alive, Congressman Comer has now decided to go after Beau’s widow. Instead of bizarrely attacking the President’s family, perhaps House Republicans should focus on working with the President to deliver results for American families on important priorities like lowering costs and strengthening health care.

The Oversight Committee, however, states that its concern is the potential "national security implications resulting from President Biden’s family receiving millions of dollars from foreign nationals."
