Special Counsel John Durham's final report was released last week, and it accused the FBI of being "markedly different" in the way it treated Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign versus that of Hillary Clinton.

However, while the nation's top law enforcement agency may have gone easy on Clinton, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan says he won't.

Jordan talking with House speaker about "where to proceed from here"

According to the Daily Wire, Jordan made that claim to Fox News host Maria Bartiromo during an appearance on "Sunday Morning Futures."

Jordan's remarks came when Bartiromo asked if he would like to see another investigation into the Clintons, including their non-profit foundation as well as the handling of Hillary Clinton's emails from her time as secretary of State under President Barack Obama.

The Ohio congressman responded that members of his committee are "going to talk with our lawyers" as well as speak with House Speaker Kevin McCarthy on "where to proceed from here."

"Are there people that were highlighted in the Durham investigation and the Durham report that we need to talk to on the Judiciary Committee?" Jordan asked before adding, "We’re going to give that a good, hard look."

"Nothing is off the table"

"But nothing is off the table because it is critical the American people understand how their government, their agencies have been turned on them, the taxpayer, and we get all the facts out there," he stressed.

What's more, Jordan addressed his invitation to Special Counsel John Durham to testify on Capitol Hill regarding the findings of his report, although he did not indicate whether Durham has taken up the offer.

CNN host admitted that Durham's report "does exonerate Donald Trump"

The conservative lawmaker complained that "the FBI had no probable cause, no predicate, no evidence whatsoever, and yet they launch into an investigation of President Trump and his campaign."

"We have to exercise our authority, the power of the purse, to limit what the federal government — what the FBI and the Justice Department are doing to the American people," he stressed.

Durham's report on the FBI's conduct has caused shockwaves in Washington, with even CNN host Jake Tapper admitting that "it does exonerate Donald Trump."

" A free people [claim] their rights, as derived from the laws of nature."
