Just when you think it can’t get any worse for President Joe Biden’s crooked family, Hunter Biden proves you wrong.

This time, Hunter Biden has had the America First Legal group, a conservative group, take action against him over what they say is a blatant example of “professional misconduct.”

America First Legal took up their grievances with the D.C. Court of Appeals, filing a complaint against Hunter Biden to the court’s Professional Responsibility Board.

Hunter Biden cannot talk his way out of this one

In a recent statement to Fox News Digital, America First Legal’s Director of Oversight and Investigations Reed D. Rubenstein said that there is “substantial evidence” that Hunter Biden has broken Rule 8.4 of the District of Columbia Rules of Professional Conduct.

America First Legal says that the rule Hunter Biden allegedly broke "provides that it's professional misconduct for a lawyer to engage in conduct involving dishonestly, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation, or to state or imply an ability to ‘influence improperly’ a government agency of official."

Fraud and deceit are two of Hunter Biden’s specialties!

Yet, according to the complaint filed by America First Legal, Hunter Biden is “a member of good standing of the District of Columbia Bar.”

How is that possible?

Now, Rubinstein has called for accountability for Hunter Biden, reminding him that NO ONE is above the law – not even the son of President Joe Biden, no matter how badly Hunter Biden wants to believe it.

"Public faith in the integrity of the Bar demands that the Rules of Professional Conduct be applied consistently fairly — there must be one standard for all bar members, regardless of a lawyer’s particular political affiliation or family connections. An investigation of Mr. Biden is certainly warranted here," Rubinstein said.

We could not agree more with Rubinstein.

Hunter Biden has been trying to weasel his way out of trouble for years and it is finally catching up to him.

How many legal disasters does he need to rack up before he realizes that he will NOT get special treatment?

Considering Hunter Biden has pleaded not guilty to the tax crime charges he’s been slapped with; we don’t think he’s planning on having a change of heart anytime soon.
