The nation's most infamous absentee father, Hunter Biden, has been ordered by an Arkansas judge to appear in court for an ongoing child support dispute.

The Biden family has never acknowledged the child Hunter Biden conceived with a former stripper he met in Washington D.C., Lunden Roberts.

Independence County Circuit Judge Holly Meyer said Hunter must appear at every hearing going forward, starting Monday.

“From now on ... I want both of your clients at every hearing I conduct," Meyer said. "I will no longer allow us to excuse clients ... because it is interfering with the progress of litigation, which is taking way too long to get over simple points."

Hunter Biden receives order

The judge declared three years ago that the child is Hunter's, citing a DNA test that showed the result with "near scientific certainty."

Hunter reached a settlement with Roberts in 2020. Biden then asked the court to recalculate his child support payments last year, citing a change in his finances, which reopened the case.

Roberts says that Hunter Biden is obstructing the discovery process, and she is asking the court to jail him until he complies. Hunter Biden's infamous laptop, which contains details about his finances and business exploits, is an issue in the case.

The matter came up at Monday's Zoom hearing, where Hunter's lawyers denied the laptop was his.

"Your honor, I'm not involved in all of that stuff," lawyer Brent Langdon. "It's not my client's laptop as far as I know."

President's son under scrutiny

In December, Roberts asked to change her child's last name to Biden, saying, "the Biden name is now synonymous with being well educated, successful, financially acute, and politically powerful."

In a deeply ironic reply, Hunter's lawyers questioned whether "such request is in the best interest of the child.”

Hunter has long been at the center of controversy over his role in shady overseas business dealings, which many see as part of a thinly veiled influence peddling scheme centered on his father.

An IRS whistleblower says he has evidence that the Department of Justice has been working behind the scenes to block a tax probe into Hunter Biden.

Hunter Biden's lawyers met with DOJ prosecutors on Wednesday, just a day after his father announced he is seeking re-election.
