Hunter Biden repairman's home raided in 'swatting' incident

The Delaware computer repair man who came into possession of Hunter Biden's notorious laptop had his home raided in a "swatting" prank.

John Paul Mac Isaac has complained for years about threats stemming from his public exposure of the infamous laptop.

“My home was swatted tonight, I was not home but the outstanding men and women of the Wilmington PD responded quickly and professionally,” Mac Isaac posted to X. “All that was achieved was the wasted time of the Wilmington PD. NOTHING, let me repeat that, NOTHING will take me out of this fight! Cheers!”

Swatting is a kind of prank in which false threats are reported to trigger a police response at a target location.

Hunter Biden laptop saga

Mac Isaac says the laptop became his property after Hunter abandoned it in 2019 and later failed to retrieve the computer.

The laptop, colorfully labeled the "laptop from hell" by Donald Trump, contained salacious evidence of Hunter Biden cavorting with prostitutes, using illegal drugs and shaking down foreign business associates with his father - known as "the big guy."

The contents of the laptop were infamously suppressed on the eve of the 2020 election as part of a campaign to suppress "Russian disinformation" by left-leaning intelligence operatives and Biden-friendly media - despite the FBI verifying the computer almost immediately after becoming aware of it.

After the election, mainstream media gradually began to acknowledge the laptop's authenticity.

Mac Isaac handed the laptop over to the feds in the fall of 2019, but the laptop's existence did not become publicly known until almost a year later, when Mac Isaac gave a copy of the hard drive to Rudy Giuliani, who leaked the material to the New York Post.

Repairman faces threats

Mac Isaac sued Twitter after the platform censored the Post's reporting under a "hacked materials" policy, which Mac Isaac said damaged his reputation. But the lawsuit was dismissed.

Hunter countersued Mac Isaac last year after the repairman accused Hunter and various media outlets of defaming him.

Lawyers for Hunter Biden have also pushed prosecutors to open a criminal probe into Mac Isaac - who was forced by threats to close his shop, leaving him virtually bankrupt.

"You've got to remember, I’ve been dealing with intimidation from all fronts over the last couple of years, so I’ve kind of gotten used to it," Mac Isaac told Tucker Carlson Tonight last year.

Republicans have opened an impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden, over the objections of Democrats, who have dismissed the effort as partisan.
