Hunter Biden says Harris' book is 'personally painful'
Hunter Biden, the ne'er-do-well son of ex-President Joe Biden, recently had some harsh words for ex-Vice President Kamala Harris's new book.
Biden, according to Fox News, went so far as to say that he is "disappointed" in Harris.
It is unlikely that Harris will be too bothered by what Biden had to say, for several reasons, including that she appears to be trying to distance herself from the Bidens.

Biden gave his take on Harris's book during a recent interview with journalist Tommy Christopher.
"I don’t know, I’d have to admit, it’s personally painful. I just think that people like particularly the vice president is that–I guess my… Personally, you know, sense of loyalty," he said.
It is probably worth mentioning that Biden said that he had not read the book.
Biden continued:
Is it for her to, in a book, to try to distance herself and take the– what I would call the really easy path to distance herself. To–what I guess she thinks. I think that the biggest complaint about the vice president has always been is that, which I never believe, and I really mean it, is that she is not authentic.
He added, "[Joe Biden] chose her out of loyalty and I just don’t understand, I guess I don’t understand why someone would choose the expedient path as it relates to that relationship, their own political expediency."
Background
This all has to do with Harris's new memoir, titled, "107 Days," which is a reference to when she replaced Joe Biden on the Democrats' 2024 presidential ballot. The book looks at her "107 Day" campaign.
To promote her book, Harris has been touring the country. Many are wondering whether or not Harris is testing the waters for a political comeback.
The book tour has certainly had its ups and downs. Fox News, for example, recently reported:
Former Vice President Kamala Harris’ book tour stop in Chicago was disrupted multiple times Saturday afternoon, as security removed several protesters during a tense event promoting her new memoir, "107 Days." As Harris discussed her book with journalist Michele Norris, who was moderating the event, at least one protester began shouting from the audience, prompting a chorus of "get her out" from attendees. Security quickly escorted the woman from the venue.
Despite everything Hunter Biden had to say about Harris, he still said, "I love what she represented."
Harris, at the time of this writing, has not responded to Biden's remarks.
