Israel takes out terrorist mass murderer
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have managed to kill Hassan Nasrallah, a terrorist responsible for countless deaths.
The IDF, according to Breitbart News, announced the death of Nasrallah on Saturday.
Although this is a big win for Israel and the free world, it is a loss for the administration of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
This is because if Biden and Harris had it their way, Israel would have called off its attack on the terrorists and Nasrallah would still be alive.
The details:
It was Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu who approved the airstrike that killed Nasrallah. He did so from his hotel room in New York City, where he was staying while he addressed the United Nations General Assembly.
Breitbart reports:
Netanyahu left a press conference, apparently after being informed of the attack, in which bunker-busting bombs exploded underneath buildings in southern Beirut. Aid the devastation, Nasrallah’s death could not be confirmed.
The death could not be confirmed initially. But, it was eventually confirmed by the IDF.
According to Breitbart, "IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi said Saturday that Nasrallah had hidden under women and children, and declared that Israel would continue its fight against Hezbollah until it could no longer threaten northern Israel."
There is indeed one less mass murder in the world, thanks to the IDF.
Biden responds
Biden released a statement on Saturday responding to the news of Nasrallah's death.
The statement begins:
Hassan Nasrallah and the terrorist group he led, Hezbollah, were responsible for killing hundreds of Americans over a four-decade reign of terror. His death from an Israeli airstrike is a measure of justice for his many victims, including thousands of Americans, Israelis, and Lebanese civilians.
As you can see, Biden appeared happy that Israel took Nasrallah out. But, it did not take long for Biden to transition to calling for a ceasefire - something that he and Harris have been doing for months now.
Biden wrote:
Ultimately, our aim is to de-escalate the ongoing conflicts in both Gaza and Lebanon through diplomatic means. In Gaza, we have been pursuing a deal backed by the UN Security Council for a ceasefire and the release of hostages. In Lebanon, we have been negotiating a deal that would return people safely to their homes in Israel and southern Lebanon. It is time for these deals to close, for the threats to Israel to be removed, and for the broader Middle East region to gain greater stability.
As mentioned earlier, if Biden and Harris had their way, Nasrallah would still be alive.
