Jill Biden ditches Christmas stockings rather than acknowledge Hunter Biden's lovechild

You're a mean one, Mr. Biden.

After two years of ignoring his seventh granddaughter, Joe Biden is scrapping Christmas stockings at the White House rather than acknowledge his son's out-of-wedlock lovechild.

Biden lovechild snubbed....

Hunter Biden fathered the girl, 5-year-old Navy Joan Roberts, with former stripper Lunden Roberts. The mother reached a child support settlement with Hunter of an undisclosed amount.

For the past two Christmases, Jill Biden pointedly left Navy Joan out of the decorations around the mantelpiece.

Many said the Bidens' refusal to recognize the girl undermined Joe Biden's image - emphasis on the word image - of a loving and warm family man.

Under mounting pressure to accept his seventh grandchild, Biden welcomed her as part of the family in a public announcement months ago.

“Our son Hunter and Navy’s mother, Lunden, are working together to foster a relationship that is in the best interests of their daughter, preserving her privacy as much as possible going forward," Biden said at the time.

“This is not a political issue, it’s a family matter,” Biden continued. “Jill and I only want what is best for all of our grandchildren, including Navy.”

Jill works her "magic"

Even still, the family is reluctant to put Navy Joan front and center.

Faced with the choice of hanging a stocking for the girl or taking them all down, Jill Biden chose the Grinch option.

The Bidens say they are spending Christmas at Camp David and will hang stockings there instead.

The White House's Grand Foyer features a recreation of the traditional poem "'Twas the Night before Christmas," which includes the famous line, "The stockings were hung by the chimney with care."

Jill said she wanted to evoke the joy of Christmas "through the wondrous, sparkling eyes of children" with the whimsical decor, which includes nutcrackers, candy canes, and trains.

"Childlike marvel and awe"

"It's this childlike marvel and awe that inspired this year's holiday theme: the 'Magic, Wonder, and Joy,' of the season," she said.

"Each room on display is designed to capture the pure, unfiltered delight and imagination of our childhoods, to see this time of year through the wondrous, sparkling eyes of children."

Is anything about this family authentic?
