After several years of Special Counsel John Durham investigating the origins of the Trump-Russia collusion hoax, his final report not only exonerated former President Donald Trump, but also raised massive questions regarding the roles of the players behind the scheme.

According to Just The News, it was confirmed this week that Durham will testify in front of the House Judiciary Committee in June, which could lead to untold revelations.

In a nutshell, Durham's stunning final report clearly stated that the FBI launched its investigation into then-candidate Trump without any predicting evidence.

Republican lawmakers now want answers as to what else was contained in the report.

What's happening?

Just The News noted:

It further highlighted that senior intelligence and Obama administration officials, among them former CIA Director John Brennan and FBI James Comey, were aware of a plan by the Clinton campaign to fabricate ties between Trump and Moscow even before the presidential contest concluded in Trump's favor.

According to Fox News, Durham concluded that the FBI and Justice Department "failed to uphold their mission of strict fidelity to the law" when they originally launched the Russia collusion investigation.

"This information in part triggered and sustained Crossfire Hurricane and contributed to the subsequent need for Special Counsel Mueller’s investigation," Durham's report said. "In particular, there was significant reliance on investigative leads provided or funded (directly or indirectly) by Trump's political opponents."

It added: "The Department did not adequately examine or question these materials and the motivations of those providing them, even when at about the same time the Director of the FBI and others learned of significant and potentially contrary intelligence."

With Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) as the chair of the powerful House committee, there's no doubt that it'll be fascinating to watch what questions will be asked of Durham.

No holds will be barred, given that a major election season is already heating up.

They're ready

Within days of Durham's 300-page report being published, the House Judiciary Committee tweeted its feelings about the ordeal.

"Comey, Strzok, Page, McCabe, Schiff. They all lied to us," the committee tweeted.

Undoubtedly, Jordan and Republican members of the committee will push Durham hard to see what the next phase of the investigation entails. Many believe some of those major players, like Comey and Schiff, should be held accountable in a legal regard.

Only time will tell what happens, but the Durham hearings stand a chance at making American history.
