Jury Finds Pro-Life Activists Guilty

Donald Trump and his administration thought that they were doing all that they could back in 2020 to protect the lives of unborn babies.

It wasn't enough.

Could they have done more?

A jury recently determined that pro-life activist Lauren Handy and her associates were GUILTY of violating federal law.

Their crime?

Obstructing access to an abortion clinic.

It sounds like they were preventing murders.

According to the DailyCaller, the original incident happened back in 2020.

It would appear as though Handy and her friends were not charged until 2022, however.

Lauren Handy, John Hinshaw, Heather Idoni, Will Goodman, and Herb Geraghty were charged in March of 2022 for violating the Freedom of Access To Clinic Entrances Act, which "prohibits threats of force, obstruction and property damage intended to interfere with reproductive health care services."

Despite the incident happening in 2020 and charges not being filed until 2022, their trial didn't begin until August 16.

After two days of deliberation, the jury decided that all five pro-life activists were guilty on all counts.

Martin Cannon, senior counsel with the Thomas More Sociey, gave his opinion on the decision:

He wasn't happy.

"We are, of course, disappointed with the outcome. Ms. Handy has been condemned for her efforts to protect the lives of innocent pre-born human beings, something she should never have been arrested for. We are preparing an appeal and will continue to defend those who fight for life against a Biden Department of Justice that seems intent on prosecuting those who decry abortion and present it as it is—the intentional killing of children in utero."

Handy and friends are going to pay for opposing the liberal establishment.

Handy and the others now face a potential "maximum sentence of of 11 years in prison, three years of supervised release and a fine of up to $350,000," according to America's DOJ.

What do you think about this case? Sure, Handy and her buddies probably broke the law, but how about a little common sense from the jury here?

These people were trying to prevent murders. Instead, they're treated worse than the people killing the babies.

Welcome to Joe Biden's America.

I sure wish we could go back to Trump's.
