Trump is the first president in American history to face criminal charges.

He faces 91 total counts in four different cases, only one of which has a firm trial date. Trump's "hush money" case is set to begin in New York on April 15, even as the judge comes under scrutiny for a potential conflict of interest involving his daughter's work for Democrats.

Trump was facing a major financial blow in March as Attorney General Letitia James threatened to seize his property, but the process was halted after Trump was permitted by an appeals court to post a lower bond than the original, absurd $500 million amount.
