Letitia James will likely not face charge for fraudulent mortgage

It looks like New York Attorney General Letitia James is going to escape charges for her fraudulent mortgage, much to President Trump's shock and dismay.

Elizabeth Yusi, a prosecutor from the Eastern District of Virginia, claims there is no probable cause to press charges against James, despite the significant evidence showing James lied about her residency to secure a lower mortgage rate.

Bill Pulle, the director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, confirmed that James had lied and claimed that her niece's North Carolina residence was her primary residence, securing a lower mortgage rate.

What's ironic is that James is the prosecutor who attempted to charge Trump with fraud for supposedly inflating the value of his real estate portfolio. The difference is, there's real evidence that James actually defrauded her lender, while Trump didn't.

Pulte has also confirmed that California Democrat Senator Adam Schiff and Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook have also engaged in similar mortgage fraud. Clearly, a widespread scheme in order to cheat banks and get lower interest rates.

Yusi Is Done

The expectation is that Yusi will be fired in as humiliating a fashion as possible. News of her decision not to press charges despite the strong case against James has enraged Trump and his supporters, who are eager to see James get a taste of karma.

James led a clearly political indictment of Trump and did so with the backing of the Democrat Party and President Joe Biden's administration. In fact, some documents even seem to confirm that James and the Biden White House had communicated with each other about indicting Trump.

James wasn't scared to bring a flimsy case against Trump and tried to fine him $500 million for providing a self-valuation to a bank, a standard practice in real estate. In fact, James's case was entirely unique, and she nearly succeeded until the 2024 presidential election happened.

Yusi has a much stronger case of an actual crime with an actual victim, and yet cannot be asked to bring charges. She's clearly yet another useless bureaucrat who cannot be trusted to carry out President Trump's agenda.

What's most infuriating about this case is that James and her defenders have the gall to complain about Trump targeting her for political retribution. Of course, that ignores the fact that it was James and the Democrats who first weaponized the criminal justice system against Trump.

No Consequences

If James and the other leftist prosecutors who brought political indictments against Trump are allowed to escape justice and face no consequences, it will further incentivise the corrupt weaponization of the justice system when the next Democrat president is elected.

Other leftists like Fulton County DA Fani Willis and Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg did their best to interfere with the 2024 presidential election by bringing illegitimate charges against Trump, which only stood a chance because of leftist judges.

These people must face serious consequences, even if it amounts to political retribution, or there will simply have been no point in electing Trump to a 2nd term in the White House.
