President Joe Biden's long history of making bizarre and nonsensical comments have led many to believe that he is mentally unwell. What's more, that impression isn't just held by Republicans.
According to Breitbart, left-leaning radio host Charlamange tha God recently asserted that the president is suffering from dementia.
Charlamagne made that claim to fellow radio personalities DJ Envy and former MSNBC host Tiffany Cross during an episode of "The Breakfast Club."

At one point during Friday's broadcast, Charlamagne asked, "Don’t y’all think it’s ambitious of Biden to be announcing his future plans?"
Envy responded with a question of his own, saying, "Do you think he should be tested before he’s able to announce that he should be able to run?"
When Envy argued that the president has dementia, Cross asked if there is any evidence to support the claim. Charlamagne insisted that there was, stating, "I saw him talking to a ghost!"
Breitbart noted that the radio host may have been referring to an incident this past fall when Biden was seen calling out to Indiana Republican Rep. Jackie Walorski, who had died in a car accident a month earlier.
President Biden seems to forget that Rep. Jackie Walorski (R-IN) died in a car crash in August, seeking her out in the audience:

Envy agreed with Charlamagne, remarking, "Yeah, he was talking to a ghost, he forgets a lot, there’s times where he looks confused, doesn’t know where he’s walking. They write things on his hand and on napkins so he knows."
Charlamagne and Envy are far from being alone in suggesting that the president is mentally deficient, as the claim has also been made by Texas Republican congressman and former White House physician Ronnie Jackson.
"The whole country is seeing his mental cognitive issues on display for over a year now, and there's really no question in most people's minds that there's something going on with him, that he's not cognitively the same as he used to be and, in my mind, not fit to be our president right now," Jackson told Fox News in an interview last February.
Jackson complained that Biden "looks tired, he looks weak, he looks confused, he's incoherent, and it sends a message of weakness all over the world."
"You can go back and look, he's always made gaffes, he's always made missteps, but never like this. These aren't gaffes…. This is something much more serious."
