President Donald Trump's rallies seem to keep generating headlines not only for how many people attend, but how many bad guys they can often attract.

According to USA Today, an incident occurred at a rally on Friday held by the former president that caused police to rush in and make an arrest, undoubtedly causing concern given that Trump was nearly assassinated in July at a rally.

A man was seen climbing over a barrier by a group of media personnel at the rally before he was able to scale a riser.

Police and security quickly rushed in and took him down before he was able to do any damage or hurt anyone.

What's going on?

Video emerged of the situation, which unfolded at a Trump rally in Johnstown over the weekend. In the footage, police can be seen pulling the man down to the ground off of the riser.

CBS reporter Taurean Small reported the incident and posted the video footage that showed the cops taking the man down.

"Just now: a protester was ejected after hopping the press fence, jumped up onto the riser at Trump’s PA rally," the reporter wrote. "Video of the incident. Security in the press pen grabbed him first before he was taken down by law enforcement."

USA Today noted:

Trump referred to the media as an “enemy of the people" just before the man entered into the press pen, but it is not clear from the video what his motive was or what he was shouting.

In a statement to the Associated Press, Johnstown police Chief Richard M. Pritchard explained that the man had been arrested and is now facing charges, though further details were not available.

Social media reacts

Users across social media offered their thoughts on the incident, with some wondering why the Secret Service wasn't on the scene first to take the man down.

"Interesting to not hear a word about secret service not participating in taking him down? But kudos to the police and sheriffs dept. once again, they have stood up and done the job at another Trump rally! Maybe Trump needs to switch to them for his security detail, be safer!" one X user wrote.

Another X user wrote, "The best part is that there was a massive security presence to prevent him from going very far!"

Sadly, these incidents will probably continue to occur, given how deranged some of Trump's haters are.
