Mark Levin says Joe Biden should hope the Supreme Court rules in Trump's favor

Many Democrats were outraged last week after the Supreme Court announced that it would hear arguments over whether former President Donald Trump can be prosecuted for actions he took following the 2020 elections.

Yet according to Fox News host and former federal prosecutor Mark Levin, Trump isn't the only one who could be facing legal problems. On Friday, he laid out a list of felonies that Biden could be charged with.

Levin points to "scores" of crimes document in special counsel's report

Levin began by holding up a copy of Special Counsel Robert Hur's report on Biden's mishandling of classified documents.

"If Donald Trump loses this post presidential immunity case, do you know what the next administration can do, including his? Take the cover off this report, put an indictment on it, and indict Joe Biden," Levin said.

"Because they are not required to adhere to what Mr. Hur or Mr. Garland have to say," he continued, referring to Hur's decision not to indict Biden partly on the grounds that he is mentally feeble.

"The evidence against Joe Biden in the Espionage Act--there's scores, scores of examples of him committing felonies, and the only reason they didn't bring the case they said is because he's an imbecile, that's the bottom line," Levin stressed.

Report detailed how Biden had been squirreling away material for decades

"But there's enough probable cause in this document to bring hundreds of charges against Joe Biden depending on the statute of limitations," he added.

"So they better hope that Donald Trump wins, these knuckleheads on these other networks, because if he doesn't, it's Joe Biden's day in court," Levin insisted.

Levin went on to add that Democrats should be particularly nervous given how Special Counsel Jack Smith set a precedent of using obscure legislation like the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871 to go after Trump.

Fox News host Brian Kilmeade spoke up as well, pointing out that Hur's report detailed how Biden had been illegally storing classified documents for five decades.

Hunter Biden indicted on multiple felonies

Criminal activity appears to run in the Biden family, as the Department of Justice announced in December that the president's son was being charged with three tax-related felonies and another three misdemeanors.

Those charges followed an investigation by Special Counsel David Weiss which turned up evidence that Hunter Biden "spent millions of dollars on an extravagant lifestyle rather than paying his tax bills."

The president's son is also accused of having "subverted the payroll and tax withholding process of his own company by withdrawing millions outside of the payroll and tax withholding process."

Weiss further contends that the younger Biden "willfully failed to pay his 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 taxes on time, despite having access to funds to pay some or all of these taxes."
