Lunden Roberts, the mother of a child with first son Hunter Biden, asked an Arkansas court to jail him until he hands over records in a paternity case.

Hunter has not provided the requested legal details as part of his effort to reduce his child support payments, according to reports.

The details

“This court should incarcerate the defendant in the Cleburne County Detention Center until he complies with this court’s orders and answers discovery,” Roberts’ lawyer wrote.

"Hunter’s financial records are relevant to Roberts because Hunter has requested the court reduce his monthly child support payments. Hunter has argued his income has decreased in recent months, so therefore he should pay less money to the mother of his child," Breitbart News added in the report.

Hidin' Biden?

"Roberts’ legal maneuvers in Arkansas lend weight to the rumor in Washington, DC, that Hunter has been living at the White House with his second wife, Melissa Cohen, and their 3-year-old son, Beau, allegedly to avoid being served with legal papers," the New York Post shared.

"Numerous sightings over the past six months lend credence to the idea, with Hunter and his family spotted trailing his father and the first lady onto Marine One for weekends away to Delaware or Camp David, or for longer vacations at the borrowed homes of billionaires," it added.

"A court-ordered paternity test confirmed that Navy, the daughter of Roberts, who is a 32-year-old former stripper, is indeed the child of Hunter Biden. Last year, Biden went to court to reduce his monthly child support payments, which led to an ongoing legal dispute," the Conservative Brief reported.

"Roberts’ legal team now includes Garrett Ziegler, a former advisor to President Trump. Ziegler’s Marco Polo Project reportedly analyzed a laptop allegedly abandoned by Hunter Biden and claimed to have identified over 400 potential crimes committed by Biden," it noted.

The latest situation comes as Hunter Biden and other Biden family members face increased scrutiny in an investigation by the House Oversight Committee.

Rep. James Comer (R-KY), who chairs the committee, now has at least nine Biden family members under investigation as part of its research.

The concerning situation further complicates the president's plans to launch his reelection bid as he faces tough questions about his family's activities.
