Mother of Hunter Biden's child drops fight for daughter to use Biden name

 July 1, 2023

Fox News reported last week that Hunter Biden reached an agreement with Lunden Alexis Roberts, the mother of a little girl he fathered out of wedlock.

Among the details are that Roberts will receive an undisclosed number of Biden's paintings. Another feature of the deal allows the president's son to effectively disown his daughter.

Mother drops fight to have daughter carry Biden surname

"The child shall select the painting which shall either be sent to the child or sent to a gallery designated by Lunden Roberts, "Fox News quoted the court document as saying.

"The net proceeds of any sales of paintings shall be wired to an account designated by Lunden Roberts," it goes on to add.

According to the network, Roberts has also dropped her fight to have her daughter, Navy Joan, carry the Biden surname.

Both President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden have consistently refused to acknowledge Navy Joan as their granddaughter, something George Washington University Law School professor Jonathan Turley slammed in an op-ed piece published by Fox News earlier this year.

Navy Jones was excluded from getting White House Christmas stocking

He recalled how Navy Jones did not get a White House Christmas stocking despite every other Biden family member receiving one, including the pets.

"Not only has President Biden refused to refer to her as a grandchild or even include a Christmas stocking with the other children, her father Hunter is also fighting to prevent her from using the Biden name," Turley wrote.

Turley asserted that Hunter Biden's efforts at denaming his daughter has "moved this scandal from the realm of hypocrisy to monstrosity."

"It is hard to imagine the pain that this child will experience upon learning of how the Bidens erased any reference to her and fought even her ability to claim to be a member of their family," Turley complained.

Joe Biden has long criticized deadbeat dads

"Indeed, the only reason that Hunter is coming to the same state that his daughter lives in is to seek to reduce his child support," the professor continued.

Turley argued that this move was particularly galling given how his father had "long campaign[ed] against deadbeat dads."

"If one were to combine all of Hunter's influence peddling, drug abuse, orgies and prostitution controversies, they would not hold a candle to the utter depravity shown toward this little girl," he declared.
