President Joe Biden's son faces the prospect of going to federal prison after a jury convicted him in June of illegally possessing a firearm and lying on his gun purchase form.

Yet those aren't the only allegations that have been leveled against Hunter Biden, as the mother of his youngest child also says he is guilty of being a bad father.

Lunden Roberts told Inside Edition this week that she is troubled by the fact that Biden and the rest of his family have turned their back on her daughter, Navy.

"It hurts to see my daughter excluded," Roberts was quoted as saying. "His grandchild, and Hunter's daughter, it hurts."

"My heart breaks for her, because some day she will see that, and she will wonder why she's the only ... grandchild that wasn't there," Roberts continued.

She explained that while Biden does communicate with his daughter via Zoom, he still has yet to meet the 8-year-old child in person.

Roberts boasted that her little girl is "a leader," adding, "She's determined and strong-willed and you know, I think she'll do big things one day."

Biden initially refused child support, tried to stop daughter from using his name

People magazine reported that Roberts met the president's son while she was working as an exotic dancer in Washington, D.C. and he was regularly consuming crack cocaine.

"He was in a very, very dark place," Roberts told the publication. "I saw him during that time and I empathized with him and I loved him."

People noted that Biden initially refused to pay child support and denied having met Roberts until a 2019 paternity test confirmed that Navy was his daughter.

What's more, the New York Post reported last year that Biden's lawyers argued in court against allowing Navy to use his last name.

This is not the first time that Roberts has spoken with Inside Edition, as she did so in June as Biden's federal gun trial drew to a close.

"There are so many traits she gets from him," Roberts said of her daughter's connection to Biden. "The one thing that I pray for, the one trait that she doesn't get is the addiction."
