NBC News exposed for pushing false Trump narratives

Fox News just exposed NBC News for having pushed "false and debunked" narratives about former President Donald Trump and others.

In the process, Fox highlighted the fact that NBC News has essentially been discredited as a news organization for pushing these false stories - just as Trump said it would be when he first started referring to NBC and others as "fake news" outlets.

Before we get to Fox's report, a bit of context is necessary.

This was not just some random attack launched by Fox on NBC News.

Background

It appears that Fox decided to publish this report to highlight the hypocrisy of NBC News after its recent firing of former Republican National Committee (RNC) chairwoman Ronna McDaniel.

In case you missed it, NBC recently decided to hire McDaniel as a political analyst for NBC News and MSNBC. NBC employees - including some television personalities - however, had a meltdown, and, in response to this meltdown, NBC decided to let McDaniel go.

What makes this situation even more absurd is that McDaniel is not exactly a pro-Trump Republican. She is anti-Trump Sen. Mitt Romney's (R-UT) niece, and she has distanced herself from Trump on many issues.

Not only that, but during her initial appearance on NBC, McDaniel actually decided to publicly express her disagreement with Trump, essentially giving NBC what it was looking for - namely, a "Republican" who is willing to bad mouth Trump.

But, none of this was good enough for the liberals at NBC. They threw a temper tantrum, and now McDaniel is out.

Fox's report

Fox prefaces its report by summarizing the McDaniel situation. The outlet writes:

In the various diatribes against McDaniel, she was characterized as dishonest and labeled an "election denier" over her actions on behalf of former President Trump over his claims of a rigged 2020 race, as well as her own remarks that it was unfair. One MSNBC host suggested McDaniel wasn't worthy of the network's "sacred airwaves."

Then, Fox drops the hammer, noting, "prominent MSNBC figures have repeatedly committed the exact sin they persecuted McDaniel for over, and over, and over again."

Fox, in the remainder of the report, highlights many of the false narratives that NBC has pushed.

This includes the Trump-Russia collusion hoax, the false claim that Hunger Biden's laptop is "Russian disinformation," the false claim that actor Jussie Smollett was the victim of a hate crime, the false attacks on Nicholas Sandmann and Kyle Rittenhouse, and more.

How does NBC even get to continue to call itself a news organization? The fact that some people out there still watch it probably says a lot about the current state of our country. Obviously, it's not good.
