Judge Juan Merchan, who is overseeing former President Donald Trump's hush-money trial, blocked Trump from attending the Supreme Court hearing on Trump's presidential immunity case.

Merchan essentially took away Trump's ability to appear before the Supreme Court in a case that has massive implications. This is more evidence that Judge Merchan is actively undermining Trump's ability to defend himself as he is fighting multiple indictments.

Merchan told Trump's attorney, Todd Blanche, "Arguing before the Supreme Court is a big deal, and I can certainly appreciate why your client would want to be there, but a trial in New York Supreme Court … is also a big deal."

Merchan believes that it is more important that Trump be at his New York trial every day than for Trump to appear in a much more important hearing at SCOTUS.

There is no world in which a state Supreme Court should outweigh the Supreme Court of the United States unless you are a political actor trying to damage the leading presidential candidate.

Election tampering

Trump's presidential immunity argument before the Supreme Court could kill multiple indictments and establish landmark precedent and yet he won't be allowed to attend the hearing because of a power-tripping judge.

This is the same judge whose daughter has directly worked for President Joe Biden's campaign and has a financial stake in Trump being criminally convicted.

Not only has Merchan refused to recuse himself despite the clear conflict of interest, but he is inhibiting Trump's ability to defend himself in other cases.

Trump could miss an important hearing but also an important life event. His youngest son, Barron Trump, is graduating high school in May and unless Merchan reverses course Trump will be forced to miss his son's graduation.

All of this is happening for a case that is a sham indictment brought by avowed liberal District Attorney Alvin Bragg who regularly lets violent criminals out on the streets to terrorize society.

The real aim here for Merchan and the Democrat Party is to damage Trump and make his life miserable in a bid to give President Joe Biden an edge in the presidential election.

"Scam" case

Trump attacked Bragg stating that Bragg has attended the entirety of the trial so far even while letting New Yorkers get “mugged and killed all day long." The crime wave in New York City has been massive and much of the blame lands on Bragg and his soft-on-crime policies.

Trump is facing 34 counts of falsifying business records in connection with a hush money payment. In New York, falsifying business transactions count as a misdemeanor but Bragg brought felony charges against Trump arguing that he was covering up a crime.

The case is dead on arrival but Bragg is pushing on with the help of Merchan and what he hopes will be a political jury that will vote to take Trump down by any means necessary.
