Michelle Obama shared a "throwback" photo from the Obama White House at Christmastime, inviting her fan club to share in the reverie of times gone by over Instagram.

Surprisingly, Michelle Obama shied away from "happy holidays."

"From our family to yours, Merry Christmas!" she wrote.

Obama looks backward...

Obama's following went crazy over the post, which shows Michelle and her husband with their young daughters Sasha and Malia and some children dressed as elves.

While she has dismissed speculation of wanting to be president, it seems Obama can't let go of her husband's time in office.

In an interview last year, Michelle Obama revealed that she cried when it was time to surrender the keys to Donald Trump.

The exact words she used were "uncontrollable sobbing."

“When those doors shut, I cried for 30 minutes straight, uncontrollable sobbing, because that’s how much we were holding it together for eight years,” she said.

“After the inauguration – and we know whose inauguration we were at – that day was so emotional on so many different reasons. We were leaving the home we had been in for eight years, the only home our kids really knew,” Obama shared.

The endless lecture continues!

Years after leaving office, the Obamas are firmly part of the elite, but that hasn't stopped them from continuing their endless lecture over America's shortcomings.

With racial tensions at a boil - thanks in no small part to their legacy - the Obamas have continued to stoke divisions, with Michelle Obama revealing that she was afraid to wear her African hair naturally during her husband's presidency for fear of backlash.

The Obamas' new Netflix thriller, Leave the World Behind, features a scene bashing white people.

Ever the narcissist, Barack is still sharing his list of favorite books and movies from the year while husband and wife collect fat checks from their speaking engagements. Michelle raked in nearly a million dollars from a single speech this year on her favorite vapid topics - "diversity" and herself.

The Obamas even held a worshipful 15th anniversary party in Chicago this year to celebrate Barack's victory in 2008, in which he promised "hope and change."

Many Americans are waiting for the day when these two will finally get over themselves and just go away - but that day has not yet arrived.
