Page Six is reporting that Malia Obama, the daughter of former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama, was recently humiliated during a public outing. 

The incident, according to the outlet, took place during Memorial Day weekend, when Malia Obama was spotted at a dive bar in the Hamptons.

The Obamas have been making headlines recently for all the wrong reasons. There has been widespread speculation, for example, that the Obamas may be on the verge of a divorce.

We'll start off, though, by looking at Malia Obama's humiliating weekend.

Completely unnoticed

The incident took place at Murf's Backstreet Tavern in Sag Harbor, Page Six reports.

"The bar — which during the week serves as the go-to spot for locals and hospitality workers — was full of young “nepo babies” during the holiday weekend," the outlet writes.

It turns out, though, that nobody seemed to know who Malia Obama is - or, if they did, they indicated that they did not care by ignoring her.

Michelle and Barack Obama’s daughter Malia was spotted at one of the Hamptons’ rare dive bars. The former First Daughter was spotted hanging out with a group of gal pals at Murf’s Backstreet Tavern in Sag Harbor. We hear most patrons walked right by the political scion without noticing her.

Michelle has an embarrassing moment of her own

The former first lady had her own issues recently, when she made some strange remarks about women.

During a recent podcast, she said:

I attempted to make the argument on the campaign trail this past election was that there’s just so much more at stake and because so many men have no idea about what women go through . . . Women’s reproductive health is about our life. It’s about this whole complicated reproductive system that the least of what it does is produce life.

You read that right. The former first lady claimed that reproduction is the "least" of what a female's reproductive system does.

Suffice it to say that Obama is facing some serious criticism for this remark, which has also bolstered rumors such as this one.
