House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) told Fox News on Sunday in a bombshell revelation that the committee has "bank records in hand" showing money flowing from the Chinese Communist Party to the Biden family.

"We actually have bank records in hand," he said. "We have individuals who are working with our committee ... four individuals who had ties in with the Biden family on their various schemes around the world."

"So now we have, in hand, documents that show just exactly how the Biden family was getting money from the Chinese Communist Party, and I will tell you, it's as bad as we thought ... it's very concerning," he concluded.

Treasury holding back requested records

The committee still hasn't gotten all the Biden family bank records it wants.

The Treasury Department has been dragging its feet on handing over 150 suspicious activity reports by banks concerning Biden family transactions.

Comer announced on Tuesday that the Treasury has finally agreed to release the reports to the Oversight Committee, after it was threatened with consequences for not doing so.

“After two months of dragging their feet, the Treasury Department is finally providing us with access to the suspicious activity reports for the Biden family and their associates’ business transactions,” Comer said. “It should never have taken us threatening to hold a hearing and conduct a transcribed interview with an official under the penalty of perjury for Treasury to finally accommodate part of our request.”

10% for the "big guy"

Records from the abandoned Hunter Biden laptop claimed that Hunter Biden held 10% of a $10 million transaction for "the big guy," whom business associate Tony Bobulinski claims is Joe Biden.

This was in 2017-2018, so Biden wasn't yet president, but the money could explain why the president has been so slow to act on issues involving China, such as shooting down the Chinese sky balloon only after it flew all the way across the U.S.

While the laptop is generally thought to be authentic, Comer and the Oversight Committee will need bank records to prove these transactions or others that show a pattern of money coming from Chinese state-owned entities to the Biden family.

Besides China, the committee is also looking at transactions from Russia and Ukraine to members of the Biden family.

It is already well-known that Hunter Biden was paid $1 million per year to sit on the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company, despite having little or no expertise in the energy industry.

Looks like we will find out soon whether the president and his family have anything to worry about.
